His father worked in a small company as a mechanic in Mumbai and his mother a house wife. His family was unable to raise funds to treat him. Due to the medical ailment of his father he could not pay the college fees of his son. Pratham Chandrakant Dalvi wanted to do Hotel Management and start his own business. Master Ashish Kumar is from U.P, Pratapgad. His family migrated to Mumbai for their better livelihood and he is pursuing his engineering from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Kandivali – Mumbai. His father is a fruit seller in Masjidbunder – Mumbai. He has his 2 elder brothers. His mother died due to cancer and his father could not afford the fees for his education. Master Navneet Harish Sharma was pursuing his engineering from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Kandivali – Mumbai. His father died due to heart attack and his mother died due to cancer. His dreams were shattered when both his parents died. He has one brother who is studying in 10th standard and he has one sister who is also pursuing her studies. Today he is working in Infosys, Pune. Gautam Kumar Mojha was doing his engineering from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Kandivali – Mumbai. He was not able to pay his fees. His father was working as a labourer in textile industry his income was very low and could not bear the expenses for his education. His mother was a housewife. He has one younger brother who is also studying. Abhilasha Foundation supported financially by giving him the college fees so that he can continue his education. He contacted Abhilasha Foundation and we guided him and financially supported him for continuing his education. Bharat Saligram Paliwal was doing his engineering from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Kandivali – Mumbai. His father worked as a farmer in Rajasthan and his mother a house wife. He has one brother and one sister who are also pursuing their studies. His father was unable to pay his fees. Abhilasha Foundation supported financially by giving him the college fees so that he can continue his education. Today he is working in L & T.



Mr. Rishabh Dubey a student of CMPN computer engineering from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai University was on the verge of giving up his education due to financial problems at home. Mr. Naveen Mishra was a student of SE Civil from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai University was on the verge of giving up his education due to financial problems at home. Ms. Samina Yakub Gogari was a student of EXTC from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai University was on the verge of giving up her education due to financial problems at home. Ms. Pooja Wadekar a student of CMPN computer engineering from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai University was on the verge of giving up her education due to financial problems at home. Lavanya Jayesh Sharma: She is 10 years old studying in 6th standard. at St. Anne’s High School, Malad. Her father is a meru car driver and her mother is a teacher. She has one elder brother. Lavanya loves dancing and reading books. She is very much focused at her studies. Her role model is her mother who is always ready to face the challenges in any circumstances therefore her ambition is to become like her mother and to be an excellent teacher in future & help the destitute society at large.



Mr. Sachidanand Ashok Kumar a student of Computer Science from Thakur College of Science & Commerce lot his father in 2016. He has two elder brothers and mother at home. After his father’s death his elder brother left his education in the mid way and took up the job in the petrol pump in place of his father to take care of the family. There were times when even Sachidanand wanted to drop his education to sustain his family. But his elder brother did not allow him to do that as Sachidanad was partially blind and cannot see properly. His professor gave reference of our NGO and he came to Abhilasha Foundation for scholarship for continuing his education. He passed out in Ist division this year. He thanked Abhilasha Foundation for helping him and supporting him for continuing his education. He said “I am very.... very thankful to Abhilasha Foundation NGO and both Mam”. Master Pradeep Ravindra Tiwari did his 12th and he wanted to join in the shipping industry that was his dream. But there was nobody to guide him nor helped him in this sector. His father worked as a watchman and could not afford to fulfill his dream. Abhilasha Foundation guided him and financially supported him for doing a Certificate course for Seafarers. Abhilasha Foundation ‘Converted Pradeep’s desires into reality”. After he received this certificate he was very happy. Today he has started his own entrepreurship.



Ms. Pooja Amle, is doing her B.Com and was not able to pay her college fees. She lost her father and she has four sisters and one brother and her mother is a domestic servant. Abhilasha Foundation supported financially by giving her the college fees so that she can continue her graduation.



Mr. Kunal Jaydeepsinh Parmar is doing his Engineering from Sardar Vallabhai Patel Institute of Technology, Valsad, Gujarat. He was not able to pay his college fees. His father is an alcoholic and his mother works as a sales women in one of the boutiques. He has one younger brother who is also studying. Abhilasha Foundation supported financially by giving him the college fees so that he can continue his education. Today he is working in USA.



Megha Gautam Kapadne a 7th standard student and Mayuresh Gautam Kapadne a 2nd standard student studying in Jivan Jyot Educational Society’s, Virar both of them are very bright students. Their father lost his job and he is now jobless and their mother is working in a private firm and taking care of the whole family. It was very difficult for her to teach both the children in an English medium and they were not able to give the fees. But both the parents wee determined that they will teach their children in an English mediu school. Abhilasha Foundation supported financially by giving them the school fees so that they can continue their school education.



Master Puran Singh Yadav did his schooling from Nepal and he wanted to become an Engineer. His dreams were shattered when the earthquake shook in Nepal on April 25th, 2015 and they lost everything in this earthquake. Fortunately he had all his educational certificates with him the rest of the documents were lost in the earthquake. His father was suffering from TB and left them. After Puran Singh’s schooling he came to Mumbai and took admission in Thakur College of Engineering & Technology, Kandivali, Mumbai. Today he has become an engineer and working in L&T.
